Membership Exclusive access to weekly postings on auditions, free and discount tickets, jobs, classes, and more, plus your own Profile page accessed by producers and directors, and free and discount admission to events for the Greater Boston theater community.


Circle of Friends The Circle-of-Friends card is a 2-for-1 discount card given once per year to every member of StageSource.  The 2014-2015 card lists over 70 theaters from three states!  Organizations can sign-up to be on the card in late spring and cards are distributed to our individual and theater lover members in mid-September. Policies vary by theater and are subject to change.


Theater Lovers Membership Become a StageSource Theater Lover and receive a Circle of Friends 2-for-1 ticket discount card valid at 55 theaters throughout New England and one-year subscription of The StagePage. 


Education Initiative StageSource presents scholarships to college/university students in their junior year and to graduating high school students with a demonstrated commitment and interest in theater. In addition, we offer the panel series “Careers in Theater: Yes, They Exist” at local college and university theater programs which exposes students to successful theater artists working in Greater Boston

StagePage The StagePage is a quarterly calendar of theater events and performances in New England.


StageSource Task Forces StageSource has three task forces lead by and engaged with the varying needs of the community.  

  • Gender Parity Task Force surrounds issues of gender equity,

  • Space task force focuses on issues of space for rehearsals, performance, and living;

  • New Play Alliance concentrates on issues surrounding New Plays and the playwrights who write them


TAMA Theater Arts Marketing Alliance is a convening of marketing professionals in Boston theater. TAMA meets approximately every 6 weeks to discuss best practices, marketing strategies, and the state of arts marketing and public relations for StageSource members. Marketers from the small/fringe, mid-size and LORT theaters attend regularly.
