Michelle Baxter has been a community activist, cultural program director, theater director and actor in Boston for the last 22 years.  Her goal is to use the arts as a way to create dialogue, cross-cultural exchanges and greater communication among and between different racial/ethnic and cultural communities of Boston.  Ms Baxter serves as the Artistic Director of Hysterical Performance, a theater company that seeks to unite multiracial, multiethnic, intergenerational women in a collaborative effort aimed at the production and exhibition of mix media artwork and performance.  She has extensive experience as an actor and director for the stage.
