John J. King is a Texas-born, New York educated, writer-and-director (WAD) currently surviving in Cambridge, MA as a male-nanny and theatrical freelancer.  He has directed locally for Alarm Clock Theatre and for Boston Theatre Works’ UNBound: Readings of New Plays. This fall he co-produced Marisol the inaugural production of Orfeo Group.  His plays have had public readings at the BCA and Boston Playwrights’ Theatre.  He recently directed his collection of shorts entitled Waiting for the New England Fringe Festival.
