1. Login to your profile from the homepage under either the Organizations or Individuals section, using your email address and password.

2. When the page refreshes, scroll down to “Edit Your Individual/Organizational Profile” and click the link.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the new page.  You will see a heading for Headshot, a blank white box and a tab that reads “Browse”.  Click the “Browse” tab.

4. A pop up box will appear that reads “choose file”. Use this to locate your headshot (saved either to disk or your computer’s hard drive).  Once you have found the file, click on the file and then click open in the bottom of the pop up box.  The pop up will disappear and you should see the file name appear in the white box next to the “Browse” tab.

Pictures must be either giff or jpg (jpg is better) and should be saved at 72 dpi (dots per inch).   Resolutions higher than that may not be viewable on our website.

Members with Photoshop can easily resize an image using the resizing tool or the save for the web option.  If you do not have Photoshop and you’ve tried to upload your headshot with no luck you may send a copy of your headshot to us by email, and we will upload it for you.

5. Click the “Submit” tab at the bottom of the page.
