Summer 08’ StagePage Solicitation

Below you will find instructions for submitting StagePage information for events happening during the summer months of June, July and August 2008.

This next edition of the StagePage will arrive in mailboxes in mid-May. The Deadline for submission is April 4.   Submissions must be sent by e-mail to calendar@stagesource.org. Information is limited to theatre performances, special events, and community meetings.

Please submit the information as seen in the example above for the months of June, July, and August.  Space is at a premium and information such as time, year etc… will not be included in the listing.

• We do not accept press releases as submissions
• Information will be listed in the first month that the event or opening date appears.
• All submissions are subject to editing
• Space is not guaranteed
• There should be one contact person named for all future correspondence.
• You must be a current Producer Member of StageSource to be included in the StagePage.

WE WANT YOUR PHOTOS! We encourage you to submit production photos from current or past shows for possible inclusion in the next StagePage. Digital files are preferred, with a minimum resolution of 300dpi and no smaller than 3 inches by 3 inches. If you would like to submit a picture from a digital camera at 72dpi, the print size can be no less than 12 inches by 12 inches. If you need more information about picture specifications, please email them separately from your listing to calendar@stagesource.org. Photos should be in jpeg or giff format.  Please note pictures that are particularly dark are not useable for this print publication.
