StageSource and New England School of Photography (NESOP) have teamed up to offer performers/artists low-cost Headshot sittings.  Sign up now for Headshot sittings with NESOP student photographers on Saturday, March 20 and Sunday March 21.

HOW IT WORKS, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Participants get a 30-minute photo session with a NESOP photographer.  After your session you’ll spend another 30 minutes in the editing room where you’ll have a chance to review headshots and have MINOR retouching done to the picture of your choosing.  Headshot format will include a border and name.  All headshots will be done on a black or gray background. (Please consider skin tone and hair color when making outfit choices and selecting your background.) Photos are taken in color but can be converted to black and white.  At the end of your session you will be given a CD with your retouched headshot and 25 of your photos (files).  More photos may be taken however, you will be given the best 25 photos of your shoot. 

Prints are not included in the session.  We invite you to speak with your photographer about prints.  Photographers will also provide you with a list of other services you can purchase outside of your Headshot Days.

Headshots will take place at NESOP located at 537 Commonwealth Avenue (in Kenmore Square). Slots are first come, first served and will be assigned in advance  (roughly around the 12th of March).   You are asked to arrive “camera ready” 20 minutes before your scheduled assignment. You may bring more than one outfit however, keep in mind you only have 30 minutes worth of “shoot” time.  Unfortunately, we cannot honor requests for specific time or days. 

This opportunity is ideal for beginning professionals, or anyone who does not have a professional headshot.

Remember these are low cost headshots.  Should you require more printing solutions, additional photos or further retouching than the 30 minutes allows, you are welcome and encouraged to negotiate with your photographer for services outside of your sitting. 

Cancellation Policy-participants must cancel by Thursday March 18th in order to receive a refund.
