GAIL ASTRID BUCKLEY

Gail is an accomplished designer who has recently designed costumes for the Lyric Stage Company of Boston's Sideshow, It's All True, Beyond Belief and Dirty Blonde. Gail has also designed costumes at the Nora Theatre for the award winning production of Betrayal and at SpeakEasy Stage Company for Shape of Things, A Class Act and Ruthless. Last summer she designed costumes for the critically acclaimed production of Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris at Gloucester Stage and A Midsummer Night's Dream for Commonwealth Shakespeare Company. Favorite designs include The America Play and The Accident for the American Repertory Theatre, Equus, Molly Sweeney and As Bees in Honey Drown for the Nora Theatre, The Three Musketeers for the Publick Theatre, and Twelfth Night and Henry V for Commonwealth Shakespeare Company. Gail is the 2002 winner of the Elliot Norton award for outstanding costume design and the 2002 IRNE award for best costumes for Twelfth Night. Gail is a member of United Scenic Artists Local 829
