I  just ordered membership or the Source Online.  Why can't I create my profile or search online now?  

Unfortunately, we're not fully automated; orders must be processed by our office staff.  In about 3-7 business days, you should receive an email with your activated login information, and usually within a week after that, a package including membership materials.  

How can I renew my membership?  When I go to the Store I only see a new membership option at a higher price.

You can renew your membership in the 60 days before it expires (your new membership will last one full year after the old one expires) or within 30 days after expiration.  To renew your membership, you must login and click on Renew Membership, or print a form and mail it to us. After your 30 day grace period has ended, you must rejoin at the New Member prices by using the Store.
