I forgot my password.  How can I login?

On the login screen, enter your email address and click Forgot Password.  Your password will be automatically emailed to you.

I forgot what email address I subscribed under. How can I login?

Try any email address you have used recently and click “Forgot password”.  If you receive the message “There is no Account registered for this Email Address”, try again with any other address you have used recently.  Or, call or email us and we can tell you what address is subscribed.

I got the following error message when I tried to login:

·        You Do Not Have Permission to View this Page

You logged in at the wrong spot: there are separate logins for Individuals and Organizations. Go back to www.stagesource.org and click on the proper login button.

·       Invalid E-mail and Password. Please try again.

Either your email address or password is incorrect.  First make sure you have not just mis-typed.  Then, follow the instructions above.

When I login, why does it only take me to a page with Membership Renewals?

Your membership has expired, and you're still in your “grace period”: you have 30 days beyond your expiration date to renew at the discounted rate.  After that you must pay the higher new member rate.  We encourage you to renew now!
