Join ArtsBoston in welcoming back the newest member of our Member Services Family- The Big List. Last year we had over 30 organizations participate in The Big List and we'd love to have even more this year! For those of you who participated in The Big List last year you probably already know most of what Tom will be covering, but it is a good chance to get refresher course on how The Big List works, and what changes there have been in the direct mail industry.
For those of you who did not participate in the Big List last year, now's your chance to find out what all the fuss is about.
The Big List is a master database of mailing lists compiled from participating member organizations. The purpose of the Big List is to simplify mailing list exchanges, save time for cultural marketers and cut costs for individual organizational members. More importantly, the program offers the opportunity not just to share names, but also to gain knowledge about direct mail response rates and improve analysis methodology through collaboration and mentoring.
Tom Holm from Enertex Marketing (ArtsBoston's vendor for the Big List) will be leading the informational session, walking us through how the Big List works, and answering any questions that you may have about the list. Enertex Marketing brings over thirty years of direct marketing experience with marketing professionals across the country. Enertex serves more than 300 not-for-profit performing arts clients nationwide affording them access to database, direct mail and telemarketing techniques that prove successful for the arts.
Some Benefits of The Big List to you are:
· Improved knowledge about your ticket buyers and direct mail trends
· More targeted marketing campaigns saving you marketing dollars
· Access to thousands of arts lovers throughout the Boston area
· A clean and more up to date mailing list
Please call/email me with any questions that you have.
