Join StageSource and Christine Hamel for an actor’s instrument-as-human instrument reconnect! During this self check-in we will be tackling the question: “How do we explore the felt sensations of being alive, fully human, and three-dimensional during this time when we may be stuck in ‘lockdown’ in all kinds of embodied ways?”

During this 45-minute session we will unfreeze, move, sound, feel, and explore, using practices from a variety of approaches to the voice and body. A kind of hybrid between a wellness session and voice/body workout for the actor, we will shift energy, bring mind to body and back again, wake up our breath and voices, and begin to revive our deeper impulses and longings to create and connect. ALL ARE WELCOME.

Class Expectations? There are none.  Tune into the zoom event – turn your camera on or off - we want you to feel free to participate in any way YOU would like.  This class was built with the intention of YOU connecting more with YOURSELF. For this event it is not important we see each other on-screen – what is important is you feel safe to connect in a way you see fit.

This offering will be biweekly!  Please feel free to drop in for as many sessions as your mind and body needs.

An Actor's Voice-Body-Emotion-Mind RECONNECT is Pay What You WANT ($0, $5, $10, or $20).  Please Note: We understand that at this time our communities are facing huge economic obstacles, and we are sensitive of that.  Please know that this offering is for you! All proceeds benefit StageSource’s ability to provide ongoing programming to support the community.
