StageSource listings for jobs, auditions, classes, events, and more are available on the StageSource member portal.  All new listings are sent to over 2k member subscribers in our weekly E-News every Thursday.  Anyone can purchase a StageSource listing. Day-of alert emails are available for purchase (details below).

WHAT CAN I POST?

 

 

 

  • Auditions: announce upcoming auditions for plays, musicals, films, commercials, video shoots, etc.
  •  Job Opportunities: list jobs for stage managers, production staff, over-hire and seasonal staff, full- and part-time administrative work, etc.
  •  Internships: fill internships for stage managers, production crew, administration, etc.
  •  Classes/Workshops: post class, seminar, and workshop schedules and enrollment information
  •  Volunteer Opportunities: seek ushers, event volunteers or other help for your organization
  •  Playwright Opportunities: announce playwriting competitions and submission information
  •  Performances & Events: fill press night with a friendly audience or sell unused seats at a discounted price
  •  General Announcements: post notices about services for hire, venue rentals, or other general interest announcements

 

 
HOW DOES IT WORK?
 

Listings are visible on our member-only searchable database.  They can remain on our site from 3 days to 6 weeks, duration does not affect the cost.

Every Thursday, new listings are sent out in our E-News to over 2k email subscribers.  Submit your listing by 5PM on Wednesday to ensure your listing is included.  Postings received after this deadline may be sent out in the following week's E-News.  Listings are only sent out the first week they are active.

PLEASE NOTE: StageSource reserves the right to edit announcements for length and content as deemed necessary

NON-MEMBERS & INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS:

PURCHASE A POSTING HERE After purchase, a confirmation email with a link to create and edit your post will be sent automatically. If you do not receive an automated email with a link within 1 hour, please contact ops@stagesource.org.

FREE for StageSource Organizational Members
$20 per regular listing for StageSource Individual Members
$50 per regular listing for Non-Members & Theater Lovers

ALERT EMAILS
 


Alerts are sent out separately from the regular Thursday E-News in a special email announcement.  They're great for events you wish to draw special attention to, last-minute job and audition notices, or anything else you want the StageSource Membership to know about

You make the post on our site, and we'll send a message that day to our membership with a link to check it out!

The deadline for running a posting the same day is 12:00 PM (noon) Monday through Friday. Postings received after 12:00 PM will run the following workday. Emergency Postings are visible on the StageSource website for ONE WEEK from date of purchase.

FEES:

$50 for StageSource Individual & Org Members
$100 for Non-Members & Theater Lovers

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Alert emails will not go out when we are out of the office (weekends, all major holidays and all-company events)
    • Alert emails will not go out on Thursdays, when E-News is sent out, unless previously discussed with the StageSource Operations Manager
    • StageSource reserves the right to edit announcements for length and content as deemed necessary.
