Member of the Week: Angie Jepson

Angie Jepson (she/her/hers) is a fight director, intimacy director, actress, and professor in the Boston area. Fight directing credits include: The Niceties with Manhattan Theatre Club, McCarter Theatre Company, and the Huntington Theatre Company, Romeo and Juliet and Richard III with Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, Villains' Supper Club with Merrimack Rep, Fences with Gloucester Stage Company, The Scottsboro Boys, Appropriate, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, and Bad Jews with SpeakEasy Stage Company, The Three Musketeers with Greater Boston Stage Company, and Guards at the Taj with Central Square Theatre, among many others.
As an intimacy director, Angie has been training with Intimacy Directors' International, and she will soon begin training at Level 4 with Intimacy Directors and Choreographers. Her work as an intimacy director has been seen at Greater Boston Stage Company, Central Square Theatre, the Boston Conservatory, and Brown University.
As an actress, Angie has worked with many of these same Boston theatre companies, and as a professor, Angie currently teaches at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, the New England Conservatory, UMass Boston, and in the Brown/Trinity MFA Acting program.
In addition to her career as a theatre artist, Angie is a mom to a rambunctious and joyful 4-year old, who, strangely enough, keeps her sane. Angie received her MFA in Acting from Brandeis University, and she is a Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors.
