Sarah Shin


Sarah ShinSarah Shin (she/her/hers) is an actor / director / producer / musician / creator / arts leader with a BFA in Theatre Arts from Boston University. Recent credits include Endlings by Celine Song (NYTW, Assistant Director), Amputees by Quentin Nguyen-Duy (Boston U, Director), Moby Dick by Dave Malloy (ART, Choreo. Assistant), Clairvoyance by Diana Oh (ART, Love Nurse), and My H8 Letter 2 the Gr8 American Theatre by Diana Oh (Public Theater, Ma-Yi Theater, Assistant Director). Virtually she recently was a part of Sparkhaven Theatre’s Tales From Camp Strangewood, and just finished producing AATAB Online, a virtual reading series highlighting Boston Asian American actors, directors, and playwrights. She is on the Steering Committee of API Arts Network, and the Co-Founder of Asian American Theatre Artists of Boston (AATAB)  a social collective that empowers and connect Asian American, Pacific Islander American, SWANA American, and Kanaka Maoli student and professional artists in Boston. She’s worked administratively at Boston Playwrights’ Theatre and MCC Theater, and has collaborated as an performer, director, and producer with Huntington Theatre Co., Front Porch Arts Collective, Company One Theatre, Greater Boston Stage Co., Central Square Theater, Fresh Ink Theatre, MIT Theatre Arts, Brandeis University, Musical Theatre Factory, Pao Arts Center, and Asian American Playwrights Collective.
