StageSource is a non-profit service organization, we rely on support from people like you. Leave a comment if there are any specific programs or initiatives you would like to allocate your donation to.
Happy Giving Tuesday everybody! Lots of things may be cancelled right now, but giving back sure isn’t! StageSource is joining the #GivingTuesdayNow movement to unite, support one another, and get through the COVID-19 crisis together as a community.
We want to give back to you, by taking 50% off all membership dues today using the code GTN2020 at checkout. Times are tough, and the vast majority of our members have lost income and jobs due to COVID-19. We hope this steep discount will allow membership cost to stay affordable, so you can access all that we have to offer. And never hesitate (today or any other day) to reach out with questions about payment plans or other ways to ensure our membership is accessible to you.
If the Giving Tuesday spirit so moves you, any donation you can afford to give would mean the world to us over at StageSource. We work for you, but we can’t do it without your support. Your donation provides the following to you and your community:
Sending you love,
"Stage Source has been and continues to be a hub for our theatrical landscape. It insists that and assists in companies of all sizes to become the ethical leaders we are called to be. A small yet mighty source of support, mentorship and innovation for advancing the New England theatre scene."
"StageSource is a critical venture and resource in Boston…"
"The most significant work that StageSource has done for me is in providing access to resources to advocate for transgender theatre artists in New England. StageSource strives to go beyond the basic step of “having the conversation” by providing programming and distributing resources, and importantly, they give communities a place to gather and a platform to speak for themselves."
"We do not lack for energy or ideas. The StageSource board and staff are passionate and engaged in helping the theater sector. However, our ambition is hampered by our budget."
StageSource is a vital resource and central network for the New England theatre community. We connect our individual and organizational members through a comprehensive suite of programs, with a focus on inclusiveness, responsiveness, and innovation.
Your donations keep membership at an affordable cost, so that members of all ages and income levels have an equal opportunity to participate in theatre, build and sustain a thriving theater ecology, and contribute to a more vibrant civic life. StageSource is able to continue its mission because of your support and generosity.
StageSource would not be what it is today without the vision, passion, and hard work of Jack Welch. The Jack Welch Fund was established to remember this amazing member of our community. The fund will be used for special events, added programming, and resource boosts that may be outside of our budget, but not our imagination. Click here to donate.
